Gatefold sleeve with printed inners.
Originally released in 2000 copies only, first 500 in red vinyl and numbered, signed in gold on inside gatefold by the band and contains art print.
D3 is a bonus track not available on CD or Cassette.

Initially to obtain a copy of this release in 1998, one had to go onto Gov't Mule's website and get the proper address for "Evil Teen Records". Send them, via mail, check/money order for $20.00 ($15.00/record, $5.00/shipping). Depending on your promptness, in lottery fashion & while supplies lasted, the record company would send you this release. You had to purchase it directly from the record company, because it was not available in any store, nor on Gov't Mule's website.
