a SEALED UNPLAYED first pressing of the self-titled lp by GOODNESS AND MERCY as released on MGM SE 4730 in 1970 in the US.
The album was produced by Bob Markley of the WEST COAST POP ART EXPERIMENTAL BAND.
Produced 'live in the studio'. The record is basically brass / rock), but three tracks are of interest: Dirty Anne is written by Markley and other members of the group, and Thousand Pound Woman and Circus Man are co-written with Dan Harris. Both are classic Amos-era songs (especially the last).
This is a GUARANTEED 100% original first pressing!!

- the record: SEALED UNPLAYED condition
- the cover: SEALED UNPLAYED condition (but with cutout hole)
In an attempt to show the best possible pictures of lp's I am putting up for auction I use a large format scanner. This enables me to provide potential buyers with a GREAT view of the item. Unfortunately the scanner can not contain all of the surface of the lp; a small part of about 1,25 cm/0.5 inch is missing!

Shipping I am a one-man operation and items are shipped twice a week. If that is not quick for you then please don't bid!
Postage is extra and NOT included in the final price of the auction.
Due to the unreliability of the speed of standard airmail which has recently left many buyers waiting a long time for their records albums may now ONLY be shipped by priority airmail.
Postage for 1 album inside Europe will be EURO 8 and for 2 albums it'll be EURO 10; outside of Europe for 1 album it'll be EURO 11 and for 2 albums EURO 15. Please contact me in case you need registered mail or insurance.
I will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail if not sent by registerd or insured mail!

Due to the growing number of winners not following up on their winning bids I have adopted the following policy on payment:
1. After the auction has ended the winner will recieve a notice with instructions on payment etc.
2. I expect the winner to confirm reception of this email within 48 hours
3. After 2-3 days ONE notice will be sent if confirmation has not been recieved
4. Payment is expected within seven days after the auction has ended.
5. After that ebay will be notified and an Unpaid Item Dispute will be opened.
