GONG (DAEVID ALLEN GILLI SMYTH) LP MAGICK BROTHER (Actuel 5) (Actuel/BYG Records 529305) Released 1970.
Original French pressing in beautiful gatefold sleeve. Highly sought-after Progressive space rock album. Didier Malherbe plays flute & soprano sax. Barre Phillips plays contrabass. Beautiful drawing on inside cover. Stored long term in a protective plastic inner sleeve which has kept the disc in great shape. Actuel volume 5 was produced by Jean Georgakarakos & Jean Luc Young. Recorded in Paris in 1969.

No seam splits, ink spills, writing, stickers, puncture holes, price tags, cut-out marks, water damage, or color fading. No front ring wear, Faint back cover ring wear. Inside gatefold looks excellent. Spine looks great & is fully readable. Hardly any corner banging. Label is in great shape with no marks, stains, scuffs, tears or writing. Sharp cut hole virtually free of spindle brushings.
DISC - NEAR MINT
Free of scratches, streaks, stains, skips, shiver scrapes, warping or residue on the disc or dead wax. No warping. Very nice reflective sheen on surface. Side B contains a fair amount of shallow inaudible pits of a sixteenth of an inch or less. Album has been stored upright in a climate-controlled environment.
