Please see photos for details. I did not bother to take photos of the actual records because you really wouldn't be able to tell the condition of them anyway from a photo.
I am grading this using the Goldmine record grading standard. Using this standard I am grading this record a VG+. It appears to be unplayed but does have a slight scuff on one side you can only see in certain light from being removed from the cover. Otherwise it would be NM.
I am grading the cover at a VG. It does have a cut corner and some water damage along the top edge as seen in the photo.
All my records ares sold with the expectation that they should be cleaned. These have all been sitting in collections on shelves etc for years and dust does make its way into the record sleeves.
