DESCRIPTION
GENERAL: You are bidding on a very nice copy of a rare original 1965 UK UNISSUED TEST PRESSING by GOLDEN APPLES OF THE SUN on the Decca label (F 12194) "MONKEY TIME" b/w "CHOCOLATE ROLLS, TEA AND MONOPOLY" 7-inch 45 RPM single with 4-prong push-out centre. In repro period-correct Decca company sleeve.
Was originally set for a Decca release, but that was cancelled and was released on Immediate. Only a few test pressings released.
VINYL: The vinyl is in very good plus (VG+) condition, clean, crisp and bright, retaining its original sheen. There are several light marks both sides, but no deep or worrying scratches.
LABELS: The labels are nice and clean, with no stickers, tears, or writing. There is one spindle trail side-B, none side-A, and no signs of spindle wear.
PUSH-OUT CENTRE: The 4-prong push-out centre is fully intact and has no damage. , SOUND: The record plays superbly throughout, loud and clear, without hiss, crackle, or anything to spoil the enjoyment. Definitely no skips or jumps.
