Description

GODHEAD

New Lottery E.P.; Bemis Brain Records BB-26

Hard to find 7" from 1981 on the Bemis Brain Label out of Long Beach, CA. Band was from neighboring city of Lakewood and mostly played local shows and partys for a short time (year or two?). The title track was comped on Back To Front #3.

Here's what the Flex Discography had to say:

Melodic mid-tempo punk/hardcore, reminds me a bit of early Agent Orange. Quality stuff for all you CA punk fans & Killed by Death collectors.

The Sleeve is in VG condition soley due to light circular indentation caused by storage of record in sleeve. Extremely minor ring wear/discoloring on small area of front under image of hand in the bowl. And a tad bit on the back on the pic of Paul Kelly wearing the light colored jacket. Very  very minor both of these. Also very slight yellowing along edges of sleeve. May be a VG+ in a majority of ebay sellers opinion. Disc is in Near Mint condition. This is my personal copy that I've had since new, so no major cleaning or re-conditioning of the record or sleeve. Plays excellent. No insert as my replacement copy didn't have one so I'm keeping my original one. Can e-mail you a scan of the lyric sheet, though my scanner is not working real well.

Tracks:

  • New Lottery
  • Hitman's Waltz
  • Food
