                                          TERMS & CONDITIONS  (ENGLISH version)

1.- I offer WORLDWIDE shipping (via registered airmail post service). INTERNATIONAL bidders are WELCOME.

2.- Highest bidder will pay: final auction price + official Spanish postage (only the stamp !! NO extra postage fees and NO extra fees per additional items ! Get profit of that!). Postage offered in the auction (via registered post service) applies for the Spanish territory. If you come from another country, postage vary according to your shipping address. Feel free to ask it (let me know your country and quantity of items you would like to purchase).

3.- If you are the highest bidder of several auctions, you will pay ONLY 1 (one)  postage (depending on the package's weight) due I’ll send all your purchased items combined in the same package. Usually works better to combine several auctions, in order to optimize postage (especially INTERNATIONAL sendings). Besides, in order to pay the most economical and yet reliable postage, CDs will be send without jewel case, unless you request it.

4.- When auction ends, if you are the highest bidder, YOU HAVE to contact me via e-mail, with the following info:

à Ebay user ID,  (user ID, complete name & address)

à Country,

à Postage service (unregistered or registered) I won’t be held responsible for: sendings without registration. 

àPayment method (Paypal, Bank Transfer) (PAYPAL: FINAL AUCTION PRICE + SHIPPING + 4,5%) 

5.- TO AVOID MISTAKES: Please, wait for my invoice and DO NOT SEND any payment until you got the entire amount. Payment shall be made within the next 2 days.  I will not refund back any wrong payment. If it happens, then you’ll have to pay the missing amount before I send your purchased items.

6.- I do a maximum QUALITY packaging that ensures your purchases will arrive without any damage and also in excellent shape. But in the unlikely event anything was different as you were expecting, before to leave a bad evaluation, please contact me in order to solve the trouble.

7.- I check EBAY daily so, please contact me for any info/question concerning any of my auctions. It will be my pleasure to answer. By the way, the item picture, is a REAL PHOTOGRAPHY taken by myself !

TÉRMINOS Y CONDICIONES (versión en ESPAÑOL)  

SI COMPRAS  VARIOS ARTICULOS, LOS  ENVIARÉ  TODOS  EN  UN  MISMO PAQUETE Y AHORRARAS EN LOS GASTOS DE ENVÍO.

1.- Envío a todos los países (servicio postal aéreo y certificado). Compradores INTERNACIONALES sois bienvenidos

2.- Una vez finalizada la subasta, si eres el ganador y resides en Tarragona, puedes recoger el/los artículo/s personalmente (si así lo prefieres) para ahorrarte los gastos de envío. Podrás pagar el/los artículo/s en mano.

3.- En caso de no recoger personalmente, tú sólo pagas el precio final del artículo + los gastos de envío (sólo el sello !! Sin comisiones ni recargos). Los gastos de envío (certificado) que ofrezco en el artículo, son aplicables para los envíos dentro del territorio español. Si tú eres de otro país, los gastos de envío varían según el país de destino. Para saber el precio, contacta indicándome: tu país y la cantidad de artículos que quieres comprar.

4.- Aquí no hay recargo por artículo adicional.

5.- Cuando la subasta finalice, si eres el ganador, DEBES enviarme un e-mail facilitando la siguiente información:

à Nombre de usuario (usuario Ebay, nombre completo y dirección de envío)

à País

à Servicio postal (sin certificar o certificado) //  No me hago responsable de los envíos sin certificar.

à Método de pago (Paypal, Ingreso bancario). // SI VAS A UTILIZAR PAYPAL DEBERÁS SUMAR AL PRECIO FINAL + GASTOS DE ENVÍO EL 4'5%

6.- Para evitar errores y pérdida de tiempo, NUNCA realices el pago hasta que yo no te indique el importe total vía e-mail. Desde entonces dispondrás de 2 días para realizar el pago. No se devolverá ningún pago erróneo, y deberás abonar la cantidad que falta antes de que te envíe el paquete.

7.- Realizo un empaquetado de máxima CALIDAD, con material rígido, por lo que tus compras llegarán sin ningún tipo de daño y en  EXCELENTES condiciones. Pero en el rarísimo caso que algo fuera diferente de lo que estabas esperando, contacta conmigo antes de emitir una mala evaluación.

8.- Chequeo mi cuenta EBAY diariamente, por lo que, por favor, contacta conmigo en caso de tener dudas o necesitar información adicional sobre alguno de mis artículos. Estaré encantado de responder. Por cierto, la imagen del artículo es una FOTO REAL hecha por mí.
