Superb double-sider by an obscure female soul singer (Gloria Ann Taylor) from Toledo, Ohio. Features the fabulous "Total Disaster" with driving congas over an unusual funky arrangement with psychedelic touches. Great for DJs! Disc cut loud with big production sound. Others prefer the mellow '70s soul of SideB with its e-piano, sweet orchestrations and Motown inspired harmony. Husband, Walter Whisenhunt was once a promoter for James Brown and the producer behind the Glo-Whiz label.
Our record grading: SEALED / M- / VG++ / VG+ / VG
RECORD - shiny, strong VG++ regardless of some faint hairlines and light scuffs from storage / disc cut loud with big production sound / some light natural background noises / labels pressed a touch off-centre
SLEEVE - not graded - original Mercury company sleeve has general wear / item from the archive of an important record label who had offices in Milan, hence the archive stickers with pen notation, front and back
LABEL - 'x' notation and archive sticker to both sides / promo sticker to one side / some natural age discoloration / a few faint old dirt marks from storage

Mp3 created via a vestax portable with protective slipmat and basic audacity software but records always sound much better on a proper hi-fi system ;)
