Label:   COLUMBIA MASTERWORKS.  Label is gray with black text, “6 eye” logo.  Monaural pressing on medium weight vinyl with deep groove.  Catalog number is ML 5186. 

Year:  1957

Condition: 

DISC:  NEAR MINT+ with 100% of original gloss, as clean as can be found.  Appears to have been played one or two times at most, and handled with utmost care.  Fidelity is superb.  Labels are clean and pristine with no spindle trail marks.  You will not find a nicer copy anywhere on the planet.   

JACKET:  NM-.  Front panel is clean, except a few traces of ring wear are starting to appear at the top.  Reverse is clean and bright.  Nice seams and corners.  No writing, stickers, or other issues.  A beautiful jacket to accompany the stellar disc.
