Description

Here we have a scarce 1965 single from Glenda Collins called Thou Shalt Not Steal b/w Been Invited To A Party. The record was produced by the legendary Joe Meek and has his Meeksville Sound credit on the label. The A side which is a John D Loudermilk song is a typical off the wall Meek production featuring loud fuzzy guitars behind Glenda`s vocal. The A side has a couple of small areas of small marks which resemble a zip to look at (around an inch long) these were there when the record was bought new and do not sound so I believe they are pressing marks.Other than that there are just a handful of light fine paper type marks from sleeve withdrawal. The record belonged to my uncle who was very careful with his vinyl and the fact there are barely any marks around the centre hole shows the record has not been played much.It plays through nicely with little background noise.
