Description
This is the FIRST - GLASS HARP record release from 1968. At the time, the band consisted of PHIL KEAGGY, JOHN SFERRA and JOHN MARKULIN. (Daniel Pecchio, bassist and vocalist joined later and has remained in the band since then). This was released on a small label in Youngstown, Ohio. and has become a bit rare.
This is a 45 with the songs WHERE DID MY WORLD COME FROM and COME WITH ME. Very Beatlesque and catchy!
This particular piece is signed in a beautiful silver marker by Phil and John. It was also on loan to the Cleveland Rock and Roll Hall of Fame where it hung for a few years in a display about Cleveland musicians. I WILL PROVIDE PROOF OF THIS if needed, but it has my name and address on it and I won't share it here.
Both sides play well, and I would give it a VG rating but possibly a bit better, however, I think it would be really nice framed on a wall.
