Description

This could be counted as the zeroth King Crimson album, since the group is the core of the team that recorded 'In The Court Of..." a year later. However, there is little stylistic resemblance. No huge mellotrons, saxes or overdriven guitars: just a very proficient gtr+bass+drums trio with b.vox, trombones and string section, playing a selection of jaunty pop songs and show-off instrumentals, interspersed with comic vocal soundbites based around two running concepts. Japanese reissue on heavy vinyl, with bilingual lyrics insert.
