GIL SCOTT-HERON THE REVOLUTION WILL NOT BE TELEVISED ORIGINAL US 1ST PRESS FROM 1974! UNBELIEVABLY THIS FANTASTIC ALBUM, WHICH HAS NOW BECOME LEGENDARY, DID NOT SELL WHEN IT WAS FIRST RELEASED SO THE ORIGINAL US PRESSINGS ARE VERY HARD TO FIND! THE GATEFOLD COVER HAS A DELETION HOLD PUNCHED IN THE TOP RIGHT HAND CORNER. THIS LP HAS CATALOGUE NUMBER BDL1-0613 AND IT IS ON THE FLYING DUTCHMAN LABEL. THIS COPY IS IN OVERALL VERY GOOD+ CONDITION. The cover is the weak point of this copy. It is in VG- condition it is complete but there is a deletion hole cut through the top right hand corner and the edge of the pocket for the disk has become detached along half its length on top an bottom. The vinyl is in VG+ condition and plays providing generally excellent sound reproduction with very occasional background noise. There are a few surface marks that do not effect play adversely. This copy also comes with a plain inner sleeve in VG+ condition.
I post worldwide and charges are as follows £3.95 for the first disc to the UK. £6.95 for the first disc standard small packet airmail to Europe and £9.95 for the first disc standard small packet airmail to the rest of the world. Additional discs are £1 extra. Double LPs count as two discs.
