If you're reading this, you probably already know about this record:
By far the scarcest & most sought after childrens' LP ever pressed, this 1960s album is a Holy Grail for GI Joe collectors, Hanna Barbera fans, childrens record enthusiasts, oddball & spoken word aficionados, and many others.
On those rare occasions when it's offered for sale, it's usually trashed: the cover is worn, split and drawn on; the record warped or heavily scratched (or both).
This is easily the finest copy we've yet seen, and we've only seen 4 in 45 years of collecting rare records - that's fewer than 1 per decade! (The only other copy we've found for sale anywhere is a considerably lesser example in G/G- with an asking price of $400.00.)
This copy is exceptional for a child's record, with some light tape residue in 5 spots on the jacket front (near the open end of the jacket) and 2 spots of tape residue on the rear. NO SPLITS! There is some fading to the rear and some front cover wear with light corner bumps, but for a child's record (these really should have a completely different grading scale), it's an 8 or 9 out of 10.
The vinyl has a few scratches on each side and some surface noise, but on the kiddie record scale of grading, easily an 8 or 9 in terms of condition. It's flat & plays skip-free on our turntable with light tracking, though with the aforementioned surface noise. (Light for a kiddie LP to be sure.)

LP will be shipped out of jacket in a record mailer with heavy padding to prevent damage.

We only ship via Priority Insured USPS, and this can be VERY expensive ($25 & up to Canada; $50 & up to the UK, etc.), so we'd like to check on the actual cost & have you agree to it before you bid. Return it within 7 days of receipt if not happy & your money cheerfully refunded, but do return it in condition received!
