Description
The record you are viewing is part of a collection acquired through a successful auction bid. The product purchased is from a deceased record store owner whose doors closed circa 1970, having made a run of it during the 60's. An incredibly large volume of LPs remained, many in new (sealed) or pristine condition and properly stored. These will comprise the bulk of offerings I will be posting on eBay. With a vast and well preserved inventory, it will take time to sift through and uncover the many hidden gems that await. My goal is to present these finds to eBay buyers in a timely and systematic manner. I am aware finds of this nature are indeed rare, but the fact is, the records I will be listing have sat undisturbed for over 40 years waiting to be rediscovered, shared and enjoyed. Pacific Jazz deep groove MONO LP 1201 - released 1955
As close to mint as you're likely to find. Listed NM only because unsealed. Vinyl looks brand new with no handle or play marks. No spindle marks on labels. Play test once on NAD C555 turntable revealed clear quiet analogue sound - a beautiful pressing. EX laminated cover shows ring wear and tiny lower seam corner wear. William Claxton photos.
