Bluesy psych folk masterpiece!

I have include short sound clips of two tracks from this LP below.

  The vinyl record is perfectly flat and looks in Mint condition with no visible signs of use at all,and a lovely mirror like surface to both sides.This is another rare set from my personal collection.It has been play tested before listing on my Linn Sondek turntable,through Quad amps to Spendor speakers-

IT PLAYS AND SOUNDS SUPERB--LOUD AND POWERFUL WITH  NO SURFACE NOISE AT ALL ON THE ENTIRE TWO SIDES.

I WOULD GRADE THE VINYL AS MINT- !  

 Labels are in mint- condition with only one minor spindle mark (see pics)

HENRY MCCULLOUGH -  In 1971 Paul McCartney asked McCullough to join his new band, Wings, alongside Denny Laine and Denny Seiwell. His guitar solo on "My Love" is regarded by many as one of rock music’s greatest solos. Musical differences with McCartney, however, saw McCullough move on the eve of the "Band on the Run" sessions. He spent two years in the band, playing lead guitar on "Hi Hi Hi", "Live and Let Die" as well as "My Love".

McCullough's spoken words "I don't know; I was really drunk at the time" can be heard on Pink Floyd's album The Dark Side of the Moon, at the end of the song "Money". He was recalling a fight he had the night before with his wife.

NEIL HUBBARD- is a British guitarist who performed with Juicy Lucy (band), The Grease Band, Bluesology, Joe Cocker, Roxy Music, Kokomo, B.B. King, Kevin Rowland, and Tony O'Malley; and played on the original 1970 concept album, Jesus Christ Superstar.

Hubbard was educated at King's School, Peterborough, where he was a boarder. He and another pupil were budding guitarists who built their own amplifiers using plans designed by a fellow boarder and electronics wizzard named Wright. The duo would entertain their chums with renditions of songs such as Tommy Roe's "Sheila" and Buddy Holly's "Peggy Sue".

Hubbard's association with Bryan Ferry began during the sessions that formed the Let's Stick Together album, where Hubbard played guitar on a re-recording of Roxy Music's "Casanova". Hubbard's guitar playing can also be heard on Roxy Music's Flesh + Blood and Avalon albums. He played with the band during the 1980 and 1982 tours. The 1982 tour can be heard on the live album Heart Still Beating (and also the live DVD The High Road). Hubbard also played in Ferry's band at Live Aid, the 1988 tour (available on the DVD, Bryan Ferry The Bete Noire Tour) and on the 1994-5 tour.

His guitar work can be heard on Ferry's Boys And Girls, Bête Noire, Taxi and Mamouna albums. The guitar solo at the end of Ferry's hit single, "Slave to Love", featured Hubbard.

Phillip Chen was born and spent much of his early life in Kingston, Jamaica before relocating to England during the 1960s. Chen has worked with numerous nationally known musicians during his career since the 60s. He first joined Jimmy James and the Vagabonds before realizing that he could make much more money as a session musician. He went on to record with Jeff Beck on his album Blow by Blow, Donovan on his album Cosmic Wheels and Joan Armatrading on her album Back to the Night. He also joined The Butts Band led by Doors members Robby Krieger and John Densmore and recorded their self titled debut with them. He is also known for having been a member of Brian May's Star Fleet Project, along with Eddie Van Halen, in 1983.[1]

Other musicians Chen has performed and recorded with include Rod Stewart, Pete Townshend, Eric Clapton, Ray Charles, Desmond Dekker, Jerry Lee Lewis, Bob Marley, Jimmy Cliff and Jackson Browne among others

Bruce Rowland (born 22 May 1941)[1] is an English rock drummer best known for his memberships of The Grease Band and folk rock band Fairport Convention. He is also a prolific session musician.Rowland was born at Park Royal, Middlesex[2] In 1968, he played drums on the Wynder K. Frog album "Out of the Frying Pan",[3] and in 1969 joined The Grease Band, who were then Joe Cocker's backing band. He played for Cocker's performance at the Woodstock Festival, on Cocker's second album, Joe Cocker!, and on the UK top ten hit single "Delta Lady".

Pete Wingfield- In 1969, Wingfield played keyboards and sang on Jellybread's First Slice album, which was produced by Mike Vernon for the Blue Horizon label.[3]

As a specialist in soul music, in the 1970s Wingfield contributed regular articles and reviews to the monthly journal Let It Rock, and the weekly Melody Maker among others. As a performer, he played with the British soul band The Olympic Runners, and Albert Lee & Hogan's Heroes.

In 1971, Wingfield played the piano on the B. B. King in London album, and in the following year received similar credits for Seventy-Second Brave, the Keef Hartley Band album. Wingfield played keyboards on Bryn Haworth's 1974 album, Let the Days Go By and on his 1975 follow-up Sunny Side of the Street. In 1983, Wingfield played keyboards on Haworth's album, Pass It On.

 "Eighteen With A Bullet"

Wingfield hit the singles charts on both sides of the Atlantic in 1975 with "Eighteen With a Bullet", a pastiche do-wop number involving word play on hit record chart positions. (A "bullet", in record-chart parlance, refers to a song still selling strongly and moving up the charts.) On the Billboard Hot 100 for the week ending November 22, 1975, the tune lived up to its name by charting at #18 -- with a bullet. (The song would peak at #15 a week later.)[1] Taken from the album, Breakfast Special, "Eighteen With A Bullet" would later be featured on the soundtrack to the 1998 film, Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels.

He played piano for the Alan Parsons rhythm section at Abbey Road Studios, with Pete Moss on bass guitar, for Dexys Midnight Runners and Paul McCartney.

In 1977, his song Making a Good Thing Better appeared on Olivia Newton-John's album of the same name. Between 1975 and 1981, Wingfield played keyboards with The Hollies. In 1980, he produced the first album by Dexys Midnight Runners - Searching for the Young Soul Rebels;. In the 1980s, Wingfield teamed up with the film producer Mel Brooks, and co-wrote the song It's Good To Be the King. In 1985, he produced the Kane Gang's debut album Bad and Lowdown World of the Kane Gang.[4] Three years later his production credits appeared on The Proclaimers UK Top 20 hit, I'm Gonna Be (500 Miles), and their album Sunshine on Leith.

The Pasadenas 1988 song Tribute (Right On) was written by Wingfield.

Wingfield played with Van Morrison at the 1974 Montreux Jazz Festival, which was one of the two shows featured on Morrison's 2006 first ever issued DVD. Several years later, Wingfield also did a summer tour of Europe with Morrison's band, featuring the songs from the latter's 1979 album, Into the Music. Beginning with their 1983 reunion shows, Wingfield spent eighteen years handling keyboard duties for The Everly Brothers.[1]

He has also played on sessions for The Housemartins, The Beautiful South, Van Morrison, Interview, Jimmy Witherspoon and Freddie King; and for Paul McCartney on his Run Devil Run album.

Mel Collins --Collins has worked with an large number of notable recording artists,[1] including 10cc, Alexis Korner, Clannad, Eric Clapton, Bad Company, Dire Straits, Bryan Ferry, Roger Chapman, Marianne Faithfull, The Rolling Stones, Gerry Rafferty, Tears For Fears, and Go West.

He was a member of progressive rock bands King Crimson, Camel, Caravan and The Alan Parsons Project. For King Crimson he was Ian McDonald's replacement, playing the same three instruments as McDonald on the In the Wake of Poseidon, Lizard and Islands albums,HE was a session musician on the Red album. He played on the Crimson Jazz Trio's second album, The King Crimson Songbook, Volume Two, released in 2009.

Collins played the saxophone solo on The Rolling Stones 1978 single, "Miss You",[3] and played with Dire Straits on their live album, Alchemy. He was one of the members of Kokomo with Tony O'Malley, Neil Hubbard, Paddy McHugh, Frank Collins, Dyan Birch, and Alan Spenner, and is a frequent performer with Tony O'Malley. From 2002-07 Collins has been a member of the King Crimson "revival" group 21st century Schizoid Band, with other former Crimson members.

In 1985 Collins was part of the Willie and the Poor Boys video, in 1986 a musician on the animated film When the Wind Blows, and in 2006 a band member on Harald Schmidt's live show

Roger Waters and the Bleeding Heart Band; saxophonist 1984-87, and played on the last shows of the 2000 In the Flesh tour.
