All records are professionally cleaned and play tested to ensure no nasty unwanted issues. Records are graded inline with the Record Collector Guidelines.
This record would grade as follows:
Vinyl:Very Good+
The labels show some light spindle marks but there is certainly not an excessive amount. There are no pen marks, scuffs, stickers or other issues and the are clean and bright. All text is clearly legible and overall the labels are in good shape, but with some light spindle marks as mentioned.
The vinyl itself is free of anything at all major and still has a nice lustre. It has some signs of use and age however with a few minor lines, light handling marks and light general signs of age. Overall a used 55yr old vintage 7" single that is in good playable condition but not 100% visually pristine.
It plays well on both sides. It lays flat on side 1 but when playing side 2 there is a slight raise or minor 'bob' in the record arm. This is not huge or severe but can be seen and is a minor visual issue.
The audio however would grade closer to 'EX' in my opinion. It has some surface noise in the run ins on both sides but the actual audio is clear and of good quality. There are no skips, tics, pops or sticks and very little surface noise during play. Overall a good listen with no serious or major interference.
Sleeve:The record will be sent in a brand new plain white replacement sleeve.
