Box set incudes 2x CDs, 1x DVD and 1x vinyl LP.
On the vinyl LP, "I Want Your Sex" is listed as 'Parts 1&2' on the label, and as 'Monogamy Mix' on the insert. The 'Monogamy Mix' was the full, 3 part version which was released on the 12" and CD single in 1987. This is not the version that appears on this LP (the label data is in fact correct, it is merely parts 1&2). The vinyl LP has a picture label on one side and is housed inside a printed inner sleeve. Also included is a one-sided lyrics/credits sheet. There are no timings given on the vinyl LP.
The CDs and the DVD, as well as the vinyl LP all bear the same catalogue number (88697628372) which is unique to this limited edition package.
The CDs and DVD are housed inside a gatefold, black glossy folder which also includes a translucent parchment-type 'Memorabilia Envelope' containing 5 12"x12" full colour art prints, Faith Tour Pass, Tickets and a Poster (these are all facsimiles of artefacts from George's personal collection).
Includes a 12"x12", gold embossed 60 page hard-bound book with George Michael interview and photos.
