Description
This is an excellent example of the UK Apple pressing of the SAPCOR1 stereo album, with the non-gatefold sleeve, insert and black inner, so it is an original first pressing from 1969.
The run-out codes are:
Side 1: SAPCOR 1A-1 (STAP 1A-1 crossed out) plus G to the right and 1 to the left.
Side 2: SAPCOR 1B-2 (STAP 1B-2 crossed out) plus G on the right and 1 on the left.
The playing condition is Near-Mint : the record is very lightly played and looks and sounds immaculate.
The inner sleeve is black and has a diecut hole on one side and has a 4" split on one edge and a tiny nick on the other.
The insert has one corner crease but is otherwise well-presented.
The all-laminated sleeve (rear image upside down) is in Near-Mint condition, beautifully preserved overall with just one little crease at the spine: you would happily buy it as new from a shop. It is rare to find such a good and original copy.
