ELECTRONIC SOUND, GEORGE HARRISON
(ZAPPLE 02, 1968 UK LP)
With GEORGE HARRISON having recently immersed himself in Eastern music, this disc of envelope-pushing electronic music was a bit of a mind-fudge for Beatles fans the world over. This was the second release on the short-lived ZAPPLE label. Harrison collaborated with celebrated American electro-musician BERNIE KRAUSE on one side of this highly experimental disc!
Overall condition of LP: Jacket is flimsy laminated type common to UK '60s LPs. Has some very minor wrinkling and light rubwear. Spine, seams intact. High luster to smooth, shiny surface. Call it a strong FINE.
Vinyl: Lustrous disc is in gorgeous shape. Needs light cleaning to remove storage dust. Comes in original printed inner sleeve, with (literal) sleeve notes about the haunting sounds on the disc. The vinyl is VERY FINE, by our conservative grading standards. (See the inner sleeve right below; shot of Zapple disc is at the bottom of this auction ad!)

Disc will be very carefully and sturdily packed. Insurance is mandatory--for your peace of mind and ours too! Good news: it's cheap--typically $1.65 for items valued up to $50.00. Priority Mail shipping is (generally speaking) $7.50 to East Coast, $6.50 to Midwest, $5.50 to West Coast. Results may vary, depending on packed weight of record(s). Media Mail is also an option, although it's more risky. If you insist, we'll ship via Media Mail, but we'll need your Zip Code before we can calculate postage costs!
