NOTE: From the collection of jazz great Dizzy Gillespie, I purchased this at Dizzy's estate sale.  The cover is signed by the artist, George Clark, and was apparently given to Dizzy as a gift when Dizzy was on his 1986 tour in Rio de Janeiro.  Quite possibly George Clark was an opening act before Dizzy's set.
