GEORGE BAKER SELECTION little green bag PENNY FARTHING LP PELS 503!
Original UK LP with fully laminated sleeve and the original paper/poly lined inner sleeve.
Released in 1970 on the PENNY FARTHING label.
Catalogue number: PELS 503.
Sleeve/Record: EXCELLENT/EXCELLENT CONDITION (*Plays EXCELLENT)
Clean fully laminated sleeve displays light partial record sleeve ring wear and a few small minor touches of laminate creasing, mainly on the record surrounding edges. All spine print is clean, clear and intact. Sleeve has no rips/tears, no edge wear, no seems splits and no deep lined sleeve creases, overall condition is EXCELLENT. The original paper poly lined inner sleeve is a little browned with age, overall condition is EXCELLENT.
Labels are clean and unmarked, has a few faint light touches of spindle hole sheen trail marks on both sides, showing lightly played. Playing surfaces/Matrix areas retain the original full glossy sheen, displays no obvious or harsh looking scuffs/marks, only some, relatively minor, small smooth soft, barely visible, feather light hairline/fine line, superficial surface scuffs/marks, which only appear/show up when viewed and angled under a strong bright light. Record’s appearance is EXCELLENT condition.
*Record plays EXCELLENT on both sides, emits mainly a clean sound with no loud/audible background crackles or pops, does have some occasional touches of low level background surface noise/odd click in places when played, however this boarder on minimal. From my own collection, very well preserved GBS album, played carefully on a few occasions over the years.
