HERE WE HAVE A SUPERB, UK WWA RECORDS (WWA 010 DE LUXE) FIRST PRESSING OF GENTLE GIANT'S TREMENDOUS SIXTH LP FROM 1974 "The Power and The Glory", ALL IN BEAUTIFUL, BARELY PLAYED CONDITION AND DELIVERING ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING, WARM, DEEP, RICH AUDIO - ANOTHER PROG CLASSIC FROM GG AND A REALLY SENSATIONAL PIECE OF WORK

THE LP HAS THE FIRST ISSUE BLACK/SILVER WWA LABELS
MATRIX: WWA 010 A//3 ∇ 420 0 1 2 2 / WWA 010 2Y//2 ∇ 420 0 1 2 1
AND IS HOUSED IN THE ORIGINAL FULLY LAMINATED TOP LOADING SLEEVE WITH ROUNDED CORNERS, COMPLETE WITH THE ORIGINAL AND OFTEN ELUSIVE LYRIC SHEET, "Manufactured and printed in England"
A BEAUTIFUL COPY OF A SENSATIONAL LP IN SUPERB CONDITION AND IN ALL HONESTY I REALLY DO NOT THINK YOU WILL FIND ONE BETTER

LABELS: The labels are CLEAN and BRIGHT with NO unwanted marks/writing and NO evident spindle traces. THIS COPY IS VIRTUALLY UNPLAYED and the spindle hole is still quite tight
VINYL Visual: The vinyl still retains its DEEP, GLOSSY SHEEN and the surfaces are practically UNMARKED (see detailed audio assessment below)
VINYL Audio: BEAUTIFUL, DEEP, RICH SOUND - CRYSTAL CLEAR, VERY SHARP and VERY STRONG. There are NO jumps, NO sticks, NO prolonged scratches and just a few clicks/pops (mostly on 'Proclamation' caused by a tiny mark but lasting for no more than 30 seconds ). Otherwise, the LP plays BEAUTIFULLY THROUGHOUT to a high standard with GREAT CLARITY, NO distortion and NO groove-wear (it's hardly been played). Must be graded EXCELLENT for audio. TREMENDOUS LP and NOT over-graded in ANY way as I use strict RECORD COLLECTOR grading standards (please refer to my feedback and 'about me' page). BEAUTIFUL COPY
SLEEVE: The sleeve is in EXCELLENT+ condition. CLEAN and BRIGHT with a BEAUTIFUL, DEEP, UNRUBBED GLOSS to the laminated surfaces and a straight and true spine (pinched at the top and bottom) with all text CLEAR and BOLD. There is a light (barely noticeable) crease near the top edge but otherwise, the sleeve is PRACTICALLY 'AS-NEW'
INSERT: The lyric sheet, printed on glossy paper (on one side only) is also in EXCELLENT condition - CLEAN and UNMARKED with just a couple of light creases to the tips of the corners
