PRESSED WITH THE FIRST ISSUE BLACK/SILVER WWA LABELS
MATRIX: WWA 010 1Y//3 ? 420 0 11 11 / WWA 010 2Y//2 ? 420 0 11 12 (on the first side matrix a stamped 'A' is crossed and replaced by an etched '1Y' )
THE RECORD IS HOUSED IN THE ORIGINAL FULLY LAMINATED TOP LOADING SLEEVE WITH ROUNDED CORNERS
COMPLETE WITH THE ORIGINAL LYRIC SHEET "Manufactured and printed in England"

Side 1: Proclamation / So Sincere / Aspirations / Playing The Game
Side 2: Cogs In Cogs / No God's A Man / The Face / Valedictory

LABELS: Clean, unmarked labels with just a couple of light spindle traces - MINT-
VINYL Visual: The vinyl surfaces retain their original deep glossy sheen and are practically unmarked - there is some misting on the run-off area of Side One (visible on the first label photo) but this has no audio consequence - EXCELLENT++
VINYL Audio: Superb audio reproduction with a crystal clear, sharp and bright sound - quintessentially GG with it's complex tempo changes and acrobatic vocals and one of their finest pieces of work. On playback at a loud volume there are no audio issues of note whatsoever - no scratches, no clicks or pops (pretty exceptional for this pressing in my experience) and no prominent surface noise (again, pretty exceptional). Critically graded MINT(-) for audio this is a lovely clean playing copy and one which I think would be pretty hard to surpass
SLEEVE: The fully laminated single sleeve with rounded top corners is like-new - clean, bright and factory-fresh with a deep, glass-like glossy sheen to its surfaces. The edges and spine are unworn and all spine text is clear and bold - MINT-
INSERT: The lyric sheet, printed on glossy paper (on one side only) is clean and unmarked with just a crease to the bottom corner - EXCELLENT+
