Description

Extremely rare UK 1st pressing of Gentle Giant's Octopus album released in 1972. This is on the revered Vertigo label and has the small swirl on Side B indicating it is a first pressing. Stamper codes are 11 2 and 11 6 The vinyl is near mint on both sides and plays superbly through my Rega Plana 3 deck without any crackles or hiss.
The gatefold sleeve is again mint.  However on the inside of the gatefold there are age related yellow spots near the centre fold. Comes with the plain white inner polythene sleeve.
The spine is amazing. In A1 condition. Catalogue number is 6360 080. Also selling the 1st GG album and the 2nd album Three Friends.  Please check my other items.
