ULTRA RARE and  HARD-TO-FIND original Stereo WWA Records very first press released in Chile in 1975 by VERTIGO/Philips Records!!!, catalog number 6366 100 WITH GREEN SWIRL VERTIGO LABELS!!! Yes Sirs, Swirl Vertigo labels!!! Matrix numbers 6366100 A EB-CD in Side A and 6366100 B EB-CD in Side B. Yes, yes, yes, WHAT A FIND!!! Another extremely rare Chilean press of a great album!!! A MUST TO HAVE!!!

GENTLE GIANT’s “IN A GLASS HOUSE” was originally released on WWA in 1973. In Chile this record was released in 1975, licensed from Vertigo Germany. But in Chile this record was released with Swirl Vertigo labels, the only country in the world which released this record with Swirl Vertigo labels!!! YES, THIS RECORD IS A REAL RARITY!!! This record has same cover artwork that German release but the cover in Chile is UNIQUE!!! Cover is made of a very thin cardboard or thick paper folded in the middle, so 3 sides are open, and cover is kept together for an outer plastic bag. Title of the album and credits are in English in front and back covers. In back cover is the WWA Records logo in the bottom of the cover and in the upper right corner is the Swirl Vertigo logo. It’s interesting to notice that catalogue number was deleted in back cover with black pen. We don’t know if that was an error of catalogue number or what, but the mark almost invisible is there (I've seen a copy with catalog number written in back cover). Don’t forget, GENTLE GIANT’s “In a glass house” was released with Swirl Vertigo labels only in Chile!!! And this record is extremely rare!!! UNIQUE PRESS WORLWIDE WITH SWIRL VERTIGO LABELS!!! A must for progressive rock and VERTIGO collectors!!! And see the labels, it's missprinted "Licecsed by WWA Records". You know, it should have been "Licensed...". MEGARARE PRESS!!! UNIQUE PRESS!!! And maybe ONLY CHANCE to get this record in this great condition!!!

The cover is in superb NM or NM+ condition, clean, no rips, no creases, not even minimal wear, no ring marks, what a great shape!!! (see the pictures, you can see ring marks, but those marks are in the outer plastic bag not in the cover). The record, however, is in superb NM- or NM condition, glossy, clean and with some very very light scuffs hardly to see which don’t affect sound at all. Labels on both sides are in NM or NM+ condition, almost perfect but someone wrote a number in Side B. The sound is the best part, it’s in amazing strong NM- or NM the Side A and in EX + or NM- condition the Side B, loud, clear and clean, virtually no background noise (surface noise is normal in records from Chile). A fabulous and incredible record with a great pristine look and a superb sound quality after almost 35 years!!! Impossible to find in better conditions!!!

Bid with confidence and don’t wait until the last second because you could lose the chance to get a real collectable record from Chile (South America) in superb condition like this copy is. You know South American records aren’t easy to get in good conditions, so HAPPY BIDDING and don’t let this record to go away… you could never see a so good copy of this record again… if you are lucky enough to see even another copy again…

We don’t use the generic “VG” most of South American sellers use to hide poor quality conditions or “NM” or “Mint” for records which aren’t even clean and sound less than a normal “VG” in professional standards. We use the Record Collector’s Grading System with a little modification: we don’t use MINT grade but for Sealed records and we can use a + or – to show a most professional accurate description.

MINT (M): I only use this grade for Sealed records.

NEAR MINT (NM): The record itself is in like new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality (only some very very very light hairlines caused for the record rubbing the sleeve). The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in like perfect condition.

EXCELLENT (EX): The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality, maybe some surface marks which doesn’t affect play. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.

VERY GOOD (VG): The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

GOOD (G): The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc.

FAIR (F): The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump.
The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.

POOR (P): The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.

BAD (B): The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection-filler.

SHIPPING (Packing and Postage)

We have an unique value worldwide: 

GBP15 for weight until 1kg (usually 1 or 2 records 12" depending of thickness of the vinyl)

GBP25 for weight 1-2kg (usually 3-5 records 12")

GBP7 for one 7” record

All records will be packed outside of the sleeve to avoid damages in the cover and all records will be sent with tracking number via Small Packet or Parcel Post services.

FEEDBACK

We don’t have anything to hide and we know the buyers expect to receive feedback after to pay for the items they win. Most of sellers say to give feedback when buyers leave feedback first. But we know that’s not fair for buyers. So, we leave feedback immediately after to receive the payment, because we understand that’s the part that buyers must receive feedback for. And we expect to receive a positive feedback from buyers who receive the records immediately after they have got the records.
