Factory-fresh labels - no spindle traces at all that I can see - no signs the record has ever been played
VINYL Visual: EXCELLENT+
Both surfaces retain their original deep, like-new glossy sheen - just a few harmless wispy paper hairlines/brush marks visible under bright light
VINYL Audio: NEAR MINT/EXCELLENT+
Outstanding sound performance to this first pressing - deep, rich, warm and finely detailed and my play-check at loud volume found little to fault - just the occasional soft tick (most notable on one of the quiet sections on "Suppers Ready") - nothing major.
In my experience of this LP this is certainly one of the cleanest sounding original copies I have heard (and this is one of those records which never delivered MINT audio even from new and as this copy had possibly never been played they really don't get much better)
SLEEVE: NEAR MINT
and only reduced from a higher grading due to some score markings on the back of the sleeve (only visible when angled to the light) - nothing major and nothing which detracts from its crisp, clean, fresh and unworn appearance - lovely example
INNER SLEEVE: NEAR MINT
The original red inner sleeve looks like it has barely seen the light of day. It is clean and unmarked with just a tiny half centimetre split to the centre of the bottom edge
