The King Biscuit Flower Hour: The Genesis Event, Part 4 (2 x LPs)The King Biscuit Flower Hour was a syndicated radio show presented by the D.I.R. Radio Network that featured concert performances by various rock artists. "The Genesis Event" was compiled by King Biscuit to showcase their new recording of Genesis on the Invisible Touch Tour. Each part comes on two LPs one of which is single sided making it three sided.
Part 4 is dedicated entirely to the LA Forum 1986 recording. Bill Minkin, the King Biscuit announcer gets a little carried away as he talks over several song introductions (commercials included):
Side One: Tonight, Tonight, Tonight Throwing It All Away.
Side Two: In The Cage / In That Quiet Earth / Supper’s Ready (closing sections). – Cue sheet is incorrect!
Side Three: Invisible Touch Turn It On Again.

Condition: (as Record Collector’s grading system)
Vinyl side 1: excellent (a few very light superficial marks can be seen under bright light that do not affect the audio in any way, plays great with no jumps, skips or clicks and minimal crackle).
Vinyl side 2: excellent (a few very light superficial marks can be seen under bright light that do not affect the audio in any way, plays great with no jumps, skips or clicks and minimal crackle).
Vinyl side 3: excellent (a few very light superficial marks can be seen under bright light that do not affect the audio in any way, plays great with no jumps, skips or clicks and minimal crackle).
Comes in plain white die-cut covers with writing on the front.
Comes with the original cue sheet which is a bit scruffy looking with creases and some aging!
I have tried to give my honest opinion as to the condition. I will give a complete refund to the buyer if they are not happy with the record.

RECORD COLLECTOR GRADING SYSTEM:
MINT: I very rarely use the mint grade. Only records that are still sealed or records that even under the strongest of lights are completely unmarked. Also covers that are unmarked/uncreased in any way and still look brand new.
EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is no lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc.
FAIR: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.
POOR: The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.
