Description

This is an extremely rare first pressing mono copy of the Gene Vincent vinyl LP titled “Crazy Times” on the Capitol Records label, catalog number T1342, released in 1960. This record label has the outer rainbow strip with Capitol logo on the left (see pictures) which confirms that it is a first pressing (ref. Goldmine Record Album Price Guide).

All records that I have for sale are play tested prior to listing to guarantee an accurate description of the sound quality.

This record was pressed on extra thick vinyl. It is in excellent, clean condition with only a few marks on the surface which are inaudible. At 57 years old, it sounds great with only typical stylus on vinyl sounds. The record labels are in excellent condition.

The outer jacket left edge seam has had a repair which is barely noticeable (see pictures). All other seams are perfect. There is some minor surface wear on the rear center of the jacket (see pictures) and minor corner wear. Overall the jacket is solid and very clean. The original printed Capitol Records paper inner sleeve is in excellent condition.

This is a highly collectable, beautiful record perfectly suitable for framing.

Shipping to the USA will be via USPS Media Mail.
