CAPITOL T 764 turquoise label

Vinyl is VISUALLY Graded: vinyl looks vg to vg+

looks reasonably clean but with light surface scuffs,
a few of which can just barely be felt;

cover vg with both the top and bottom edge
split about 2/3 in from the opening edge,
and the corners have wear and minor fraying,

Spine is intact except for some wear and light fraying;

Both sides have shelf- wear, and back side has upper-left corner 
small pencil writing;
Front upper-left corner has sticker reside and a rip in the lamination;

Comes with original record-company inner-sleeve
