Description

Here is a nice first pressing deep groove mono copy of PRESTIGE 7176 released in 1960.

COVER = VG+..... The cover is VG+, no splits, nice corners, some peeling on back (see photos).

VINYL play grade = VG++..... The vinyl is play graded as nice VG++ condition. Plays very clean with some occassional light ticks and just some slight surface noise which can only be heard in quiet passages. A very enjoyable vibrant listen. I copied this to disc and it came out very nice.

VINYL visual grade = VG+..... There are just a few very light scuffs that can not be felt or heard. Both sides have what I would call inner sleeve imprint from being stored without play for decades probably in a warm place. This is purely a visual issue and has no effect on the play of the record. It is difficult to photogragh but I am sure you have seen this before especially with old plastic and glassine inner sleeves. There may be a way to clean this off but I have not discovered that cure yet.

This is a very nice example of this very collectible piece. All my records are cleaned on a VPI machine and play graded in a conservative manner. My buyers are always happy. Check Popsike.com for past auction prices. I start most of my records in true auction fashion with a low opening bid and no reserve. Please view my other auctions for more great hard to find pieces. All my records are shipped with a polybag. I seperate the inner sleeve and vinyl from the cover to prevent seam splitting during shipment. I use sturdy cardboard record mailers with inserts.
