Seriously great powerhouse electric guitar blues on the scarce Oz Prestige label without a cover.
It seems this wasn't released as an ep in the US. There being only one I can track -"Without Me Baby" on Big Town 150. The trax on "At The Hop" seem to be largely Peacock sides from the mid- fifties.It seems there was no cover issued for the Big Town release .
Condition wise, there’s a royalty sticker on one side of the label. Otherwise it’s fine. The vinyl has light to moderate marks but plays about a grade above the one below. (ie no skips and virtually no backbround crackle) It’s been really well recorded with the stinging Vox amp- ish sound of his guitar to the fore. Two trax are vocals. I can’t speak highly enough of this ep. It’s no exaggeration to say it’s easily the best Chicago blues ever released on this format in this country.

MINT: New condition, no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. Cover, label, extras in superb condition.
EXCELLENT: Slight signs of having been played, no lessening of sound quality. Cover, label, extras may show slight signs of usage.
VERY GOOD: Played quite a few times, no real deterioration in sound quality. Cover, label, extras may show some amount of wear and tear.
GOOD: Showing considerable wear and tear. Reasonable, playable sound. Cover, label, extras may also display considerable deterioration.
FAIR: Sound quality may have deteriorated. Cover, label, extras may also display significant wear and tear.
