What I’m offering is a RARE garage/ punk 45 by the Portsmouth, VA band The Swinging Machine titled Do You Have To Ask b/w Comin’ On Back Home, issued on S.P.Q.R. 1001 in 1966.
The 45 is in VG- condition with numerous scratches, mostly hairline surface scratches reminiscent of a 45 that was never sleeved and that was shuffled numerous times up against another 45. With that said, the 45 plays much better than the condition would lead you to believe with only a minimal scratchy sounding playback. The 45 also has label wear, writing on the labels and a piece of tape on one of the labels.
