Description

GABOR SZABO-SPELLBINDER 1966 IMPULSE! RECORDS GATEFOLD LP AS-9123 IN A STRONG VG+-VG++ CONDITION. CLEAN VINYL!! A mid 60's Latin jazz classic in this auction all recorded at the Van Gelder Studios in Englewood NJ. Szabo was a master guitarist and his work is extensive and valued to any fan of jazz. The tracks on here were a major reason why. Cuts such as Witchcraft, Gypsy Queen, My Foolish Heart & Autumn Leaves/Speak To Me Of Love all appear on this must own mid 60's effort. All fans of the man or the genre need this one in their collection, it's an essential!!
The record is in a solid VG++ condition, nice and clean, plays well throughout. The gatefold cover has mild yellowing around the perimeter and the original inner sleeve has 2 splits yet still holds the record. A terrific buy!!
