About the album
This auction is for Furry Lewis's "Back On My Feet Again" vinyl LP from 1961 on Prestige/ Bluesville Records, album# BV 1036. This is a 1st edition US mono pressing. It is a promo copy with the words "Preview Copy" stamped on the rear cover and drill hole through the center of the album cover and record which does NOT effect playing it (see photos). "RVG" in deadwax. Grooved label and thick vinyl. I am conservatively grading this 54 year old album VG++/ VG++ but both album and cover border on NM/ M-. It is long out of print and quite rare.
About the collection
This record is from my personal collection of high-quality vinyl which I have been collecting for nearly 50 years. Many of the records were acquired during my years as a talent agent in the 1970's. It is being sold because I am retiring and moving to a smaller home.
The collection has been meticulously maintained, stored on custom shelving in a specially designed listening room with optimal temperature and humidity. It has been played only on high-end audio equipment that does not cause damage or wear to the vinyl (Benz cartridges, Scoutmaster VPI turntable).
I adhere strictly to Goldmine grading standards and will gladly address any questions about the album.

Media Mail shipping within the US is $4.00 (economy shipping).

Paypal or personal check. Payment via Paypal is expected within 48 hours after close of auction. Personal checks need to be received by me no later than 7 days after close of auction. For payment via personal check, album will NOT ship until your check has cleared my bank account.
