Hi, this is actually my first ebay auction so please be gentle. Whether its wise to put this up as my first offering, I don't yet know, but I need to raise some funds by selling some choice pieces from my collection and have to start somewhere.
You are bidding on what is to many people, a holy grail of almost mythical status. An original 1971 UK pressing of Maggot Brain on Janus records in superb condition. Only a handful were sold as you probably know, of which this is probably the best example you will find anywhere. Its time to go to a new custodian.
The sleeve is VG+ bordering on EX , with the laminate in first class shape. There is some very light corner wear, as pictured, but its beautifully glossy with a clean spine and only the lightest of pressure marks visible under a strong light.
The media is EX- with a lovely glossy sheen, clean unmarked labels. I needn't have to tell you how fantastic it sounds, but all the stuff you have heard about this pressing is true, as the lucky bidder will discover.
Sent in a decent mailer with stiffeners and seperated for transit.
