With A Toshiba's Ad. Catalog Inner Sleeve (Having Center Split on Both Side Spines and One Has Mending Tape over it Like The Photo # 5) and A Lyrics Sheet (It Has Many Small Light Brown Dot Spots )
Japanese Linernotes is on Back Sleeve.
