Description

Available here is a VG++ copy of a collectible, vintage jazz album: 


"First Light" from legendary jazz artist Freddie Hubbard. The LP, recorded at the Rudy Van Gelder Studios, was released in 1971 by CTI Records (CTI 6013) and features a gatefold cover. The legendary trumpet master works through five amazing tunes on this LP with a band that includes Ron Carter on bass, Jack DeJohnette on drums, George Benson on guitar, and many more stellar artists; see photos for full track and musician listing.


The vinyl is in VG++ condition; there are no hairlines, only a handful of tiny smudges/scuffs across the two sides. The glossy gatefold cover is in VG+ shape, no seam splits and light/normal wear for age of 50+ years. There are still remnants of shrink wrap around the edges, and a stain on the interior in the middle, bottom half. The original CTI paper liner has a couple spots of paper loss but no splits. Both labels are clean and complete.
