Condition: E Condition with Original Sleeve. Sleeve has some wear.
Notes: This is listed in the 78 RPM section; however this is played at 33 RPM. Released in 1931, these records were a short experiment by the RCA Victor Company. At the height of the depression few people could afford the very expensive machines needed to play the Program Transcription discs. Also, the heavy tone arms of that period wore the discs out quickly. The series was a commercial failure, and it was not until 15 years later that Columbia introduced the first successful LP record.
