This set is in beautiful VG condition. All discs are in pristine condition with no damage and very little use. This set is missing number 99/100. Number 99/100 can be bought separate online however I do not have a copy.

This listing is for 100 LP's (Complete Set) of the Greatest Recordings of Band Era (Archive Collection)the Big produced by The Franklin Mint Record Society. It is known to be the most comprehensive collection of the big band recordings ever assembled. There are 50 silver-colored box sets, each containing 2 burgundy-colored vinyl records. Record speed is 33 RPM. Each record indicates "1985" as date of manufacture. Although this listing is listed as "used", they look "like new" or in near-mint condition. This set was purchased from the original owner in a estate sale. Owner attested that the records have never been used or played. Prior to listing, we inspected each box set for completeness and physical integrity.
Enclosed in each box set is full-size a commentary booklet on the featured musicians, singers and bands written by Neil McCaffrey, a big band music critic and editor of the "American Dance Band Discography". This written commentary also contains numerous valuable photographs. Includes Cross Reference Index (Issues 1 to 100).
Each box also contains, a letter to the collector from Stanley Walker, Vice President and Director of the Franklin Mint Record Society.
