Frank Zappa & The Mothers Of Invention We're Only In It For The Money
Unspeakably rare New Zealand Stereo 1st pressing. If you're reading this, you likely already know how ridiculously rare this pressing is, however I'll detail below some of the reasons why this pressing is a holy grail for Zappa collectors.
Released in 1968, the New Zealand market for Zappa albums at the time was minuscule and as a result, only a tiny quantity of this pressing was ever produced.
The sleeve is highly unique, featuring a black and white inner gatefold spread with a "unipak" design that means the record is accessed from the inside of the gatefold, not the outside (in much the same way that original copies of Beatles For Sale were packaged, for comparison)
The labels on this version are also unique and really striking, featuring a beautiful design that can't be found on any other versions of the album.

The record has been play tested to give the most accurate grading. It plays a comfortable EX, with genuinely impressive, clean playback. Fidelity is still excellent and there is only very minimal surface noise audible at occasional points. Even during the run-in grooves and spaces between songs, this plays very well indeed - with the only minor issue, aside from very minor occasional crackle, being a moment within the first minute of the record where it distorts slightly on an especially loud sound, which lasts no more than a second or two.
Visually, the vinyl is VG+. It retains an impressive sheen and still generally looks very attractive. It does have some light marking, ranging from sleeve removal hairline marks to a few fine scratches; however none of these affect playback and none can be felt with a fingernail. 
Although not perfect, the record is very impressive for its age and looks great.  It has been stored in a Mofi/MFSL inner sleeve for archival quality protection.

The sleeve grades a strong VG. The front and back covers are generally clean with only some light general shelf wear and dirtying, such as a small amount of sticker residue on the front cover and a little very light ring-wear on the back cover. 
The main spine (on the left of the sleeve when viewing it from the front) is heavily worn and not readable; however there is a second spine (on the right when viewing the front) and this is a little less worn, with some of the text still visible, although it does still have some rubbing. 
The unlaminated inner gatefold spread is in very impressive condition, especially given how prone to wear such laminated flipback covers are. The left panel (featuring lyrics) is very clean with no significant issues to report - just some very light general wear. The right panel (featuring the Sgt Pepper's parody art) is likewise generally very clean with only minor signs of handling. The one issue that it does have is a small, neat felt-tip pen date written on the right hand flipback, which reads "Dec. 1968". It is neat and small, and compared with most writing on sleeves of this vintage is not too much of an issue. 
There is also the faintest beginnings of a seam split at the bottom of the sleeve however this is very difficult to notice and it has not broken through (please see photo 4). All in all, this sleeve is actually in very impressive condition given its age but it does have some flaws.  Even so, it may be years or even decades before a cleaner example appears on the market.
This is a rare opportunity to acquire one of the rarest Frank Zappa / Mothers Of Invention records ever commercially produced. It is a very impressive, clean example of this hyper-rarity and the opportunity to acquire another copy of this in any sort of condition may not arise for years. As it is, I could only find record of a handful of copies of this pressing having ever been sold online, so to find one in such great condition for its age is a true rarity.
