BURNT WEENY SANDWICH
(US BIZARRE, RS 6370, 1969)
RARE ORIGINAL US PRESSING of FZ's legendary Burnt Weeny Sandwich COMPLETE WITH THE MEGA RARE FOLDOUT DOUBLE-SIDED POSTER AND THE BIZARRE INNER SLEEVE!! The poster is extremely rare and only came with the very first US pressings. This is the first I have come across in years! The artwork for the poster (see pics 6 and 7) has not been included on any reissue whatsoever which is a shame as it looks great! Zappa liked the poster so much he had it up on the wall in his kitchen (as pictured in the 1970 Dutch documentary)! The Bizarre inner sleeve (pic 5) is also a very iconic image of Zappa and Herb Cohen and is hard to find in decent shape! You will not be disappointed with this one! Great stuff! Don't miss out!
Vinyl is in EX condition : a few light marks on both sides, still has full sheen, plays well with some light surface noise and crackle, lovely example overall
Gatefold sleeve is in EX(+) condition : very light ring wear, spine looks great, edges have light wear, no splits (for once), great!!
Poster is in EX+ condition : one of the nicest examples I have ever seen, folds are perfect, a few light handling creases, no pin holes splits or tears!
Inner sleeve is in EX+ condition : one of the nicest examples I have ever seen, light handling creases, very light disc imprint, great!
