BURNT WEENY SANDWICH
(S.A. REPRISE, RRC 6370, 1970)
ULTRA RARE ORIGINAL (and only) SOUTH AFRICAN PRESSING of this early Mothers album! As far as I'm aware, this is the only early Mothers album to be released in South Africa... No doubt this album would have sold next to nothing (their My Guitar single from the same year has sold for over £500 as a South African pressing previously) and was only available for a short time. This is also on the gorgeous unique mauve Reprise steamboat label and comes in a unique laminated non-gatefold sleeve with the left panel of the inside gatefold on the back. Very unusual and an ideal one for the hardcore FZ collector! This one has come straight from my own collection! Don't miss out!
Vinyl is in VG++ condition : has some pressing marks and light marks but plays closer to EX
Laminated sleeve is in VG+ condition : laminate rippling on the front, some laminate is missing on three of the corners and along the top, the back has ring wear
