Description

This is a two-sided, 8", custom-produced mono Capitol acetate containing the songs "It's a Lonesome Old Town" and "One for My Baby." 
Regarding IT'S A LONESOME OLD TOWN: this is NOT the recording heard on the famous "Frank Sinatra Sings for Only the Lonely" album.  The LP version was matrix #E-19421, take not noted, recorded June 26, 1958, with orchestra arranged by Nelson Riddle.  Most of the released version is take 7, with a section edited in from another take to create the final, released version.  THIS VERSION (on the acetate) is the COMPLETE, UNEDITED take 7, never released, even (to my knowledge) on bootlegs. 
ONE FOR MY BABY is the standard version as released on the LP.
