10" 78, Harry James and his Orchestra with Frank Sinatra vocals; From The Bottom Of My Heart/Melancholy Mood; Near Mint(playing surface and both labels). It is in a crisp, like new Brunswick sleeve. CONSIDERED THE FIRST COMMERCIAL RECORD WITH FRANK SINATRA ON VOCALS. This is it! That first Sinatra single with Harry James! Produced in low quantity just for a short time during part of 1939, making it the first and one of the rarest of all Frank Sinatra records. Plus this is LIKE NEW; beautiful playing surface and clean, glossy labels. May not have been played more than 2 or 3 times, if at all. I have been a very serious Frank Sinatra collector for about 30 years and was The American Representative of The Sinatra Music Society(out of Great Britain) for years. I also had my own used record store from 1984 to 1997 and set up at more than 20 Austin(Texas) Record Shows as a dealer. I do not recall ever seeing another copy of this record. If this is what you wanted for Christmas and you didn't get it- here it is. So few of this record have been available it is hard to place a value. One story has it that before eBay, one was auctioned and got up to $700, which the seller did not accept. Then he ran another auction on it and it went to $1,100. THIS IS A VERY HISTORIC RECORD AND WOULD THE THE CROWNING PRIZE IN MANY SINATRA COLLECTIONS OR COULD GO WELL AS A MUSEUM PIECE OR IN A TOP SHOW-BUSINESS DECORATED VENUE.
