Description
PHENOMENALLY RARE SOLID METAL ACETATE! I seriously do not exaggerate, just search the internet for it... on vinyl this doesn't exist!!
What is it? It's a house record by 16B under his Francisco Savier alias that very heavily samples David Bowie and Pat Metheny's This Is Not America and uses a lovely sweet vocal about love in the real world, of unknown origin (presumably what the Akabu is in the sticker). The result is a mindblowingly brilliant and gorgeous house record (again, I don't exaggerate, I really do adore this record and treasure the rareness of it too, I wouldn't dream of parting with it if I wasn't emigrating).
Why is it so rare? Well, I would bet my bottom dollar that this is one of just a handful of copies of this that exist. I would imagine there was only ever 10 pressed and the other ones may well have been long lost. It seems that Pete Tong also received a copy (mine was given personally by the artist to a big name DJ but he asks me not to name him, sorry) and from Tongy's plays of it on Radio 1's Essential Selection it is now on lots of MP3 sites.

- You can buy with confidence as I have over a decade's experience selling vinyl, both from my shop that was in Birmingham city centre and on eBay and discogs. On eBay I have a 100% positive feedback history of a very large number of transactions for someone who doesn't have a shop on here and do this for a living.
- All pictures I put on eBay are of the actual item, not just pictures I've found on Google or Discogs.
- All these records I'm now listing are my own personal collection, and therefore have been looked after with a great deal of care and attention. The majority of my vinyl are kept in the polythene lined inner sleeves to maintain the quality of the grooves. They have also received little play as I have not had my decks set up since we had our first child.
