At The Drive-In splintered into Sparta and The Mars Volta. Cedric Bixler and Omar Rodriguez were the main duo behind the newly formed Mars Volta, and took the band into realms of hardcore, psychedelic rock and free jazz, rather a drastic change from ATDI's "emotional punk" sounds. On January 23, 2013, Cedric Bixler-Zavala revealed that he was no longer a part of The Mars Volta and that the band had broken up.
Hello, you are bidding on an item that I purchased for my own use; not for resale. In many cases I am the original owner, or purchased used items which met my picky criteria for condition, appearance, and performance. All records are visually graded under a 100 watt bulb unless otherwise stated in description. I have simply run out of room and reasonable time to enjoy all this stuff, so my loss is your gain. Bid with confidence. I stand behind each and every item I list to be as described. International bidders: all duties and taxes levied by your country are your responsibility.
