Description

You are looking at a vintage copy of the Four By The Beatles EP (Capitol EAP 1-2121) .  It is VG condition.

These are the grading definitions I use for LPs or 45s.

MINT:  A sealed copy

NM:  Barely played with no identifiable flaws

EX:  Played but well cared for.  Only minor isses.

I consider VG the category that most old records fall into so I delineate it a little more finely.

VG+:  A well played record with surface noise but clean and not abused, in fact well cared for.

VG:  An average well played record.  Probably stacked with other records at times and therefore shows surface wear, light ring wear, writing, etc.   There is plenty of surface noise but still sounds pretty good for listening even with treble in neutral.

VG-:  Still acceptable but you will probably use the treble to eliminate some of the surface noise.  Writing and label wear are much more pronounced.

G:  Probably a filler.  Best on a jukebox.
