“Ways To Get Through” a sprawling double album from way out West in Arizona by duo Foley And Kavanaugh; a hopelessly obscure (mainly guitar) duo who have the right sound – including dreamy lost & lonely melodic folk rock tunes written between 1970 and 1973, and a fave with collectors of the style. The creative album has terrific magical mushroom laced ambience on tracks like “Records, Piano & Guitar”, “Tastes Of Your Life”, “The Colors You Bring”, “Peas, Carrots & Cabbages”, “The Silo”, “The Summer Will Rise” etc… A real hidden treasure…This is almost entirely guitar driven male vocal duet folk, rock and psych, with some keys and fuzz guitar.
