Description
The Flying Burrito Bros "The Gilded Palace Of Sin"
This is an original US vinyl pressing on A&M 4175 from 1969. This is their 1st album. It is a white label promo copy. Given to DJ's and record stores to get airplay. This comes with a mint 8x11 black and white glossy photo. It's a picture taken on the same day as the pictures on the front and back cover.
Overall Condition is : Cover is M- / Record is M-
The vinyl looks near mint and it plays near mint. The cover is mint minus with no ring wear, no writing , and no seam splits. There are tow stickers on the front cover. One says " This disc employs the CSG process and may be played either stereo or monaurally". The other is "Promotional Copy Not For Sale". The labels are perfect with no spindle marks. The record comes in an A&M inner sleeve.
The songs are : Christine's Tune, Sin City, Do Right Woman, Dark End Of The Street, My Uncle, Wheels, Juanita, Hot Burrito #1, Hot Burrito #2, Do You Know How It Feels, and Hippie Boy.
I have been buying and selling records for more than 25 years. I sell records at all Northwest record conventions and at Crossroads Music in Portland, Oregon.
I will package this record between two pieces of 1/2 inch cardboard (It's so thick that you will save it and use it again. Even the postmen comment on how strong this cardboard is ! ) It will weigh 22 ounces ( 1 pound, 6 ounces ) when ready to ship. You can figure out your own postage costs for US priority or Media Mail. Overseas buyers must use First Class Mail International. ( Buyers from Italy must assume all risks for shipping to their country. ) I will remove the record from the cover when I mail it. I will send it as soon as you pay ( same day if before 2 PM and next day if after 2 PM.) I will combine shipping if you win more than one record. And I will let you know when I receive your payment and when I have mailed your record. This record is from a no smoking, no pets home.
